For the new Collection you do not have to pay shipping costs within germany, and for the rest of europe you have to pay only half of the shipping costs.

You have to pay the shipping costs only once, even if you order many watches, straps or bijoux within one order.

We ship all item in registered and insured packages with DPD (Europe). The shipping costs are 15.- Euro within Europe, only the shipping to Switzerland  is 15.- Euro plus 10.- Euro for customs duty.

Straps or Bijoux will be send as registered airmail letter. The shipping costs are 8.- Euro all over Europe.

It doesn`t matter how many items you buy, you will pay only one time shipping costs. All duty costs have to be payed by the customer in his country.

If you have problems with your watch or you want to use our 2 years guaranty, please send the item back. You have to pay only your shipping costs and you will get the returning package without any more payment.
