Kühles Stahl und rote Akzente zeichnen das Design des Swatch Irony New Chronos CRAZY DRIVE aus. Das Gehäuse und das Gliederarmband sind aus matten, anthrazit beschichteten Edelstahl gefertigt. Auf dem gleichfarbigen Zifferblatt sind weiße Balkenindexe, sowie die rot umrandeten Hilfszifferblätter und eine Tachymeterskala am Rand gedruckt. Passend dazu sind die weißen Minutenzahlen auf der Lünette Rot unterstrichen. Die Uhr ist wasserdicht und sie besitzt ein ganggenaues Quarzwerk mit Batterie. Zwischen der 4 und 5 Uhr Position ist ein Datumsfenster.
