Die Swatch Gent 1920 besitzt ein edles Aussehen, welches auch gut in das Jahr 1920 gepasst hätte. Armband, Gehäuse und Zifferblatt sind fast komplett in Schwarz gehalten, nur die Ziffern bilden einen Kontast. Auf dem Armband findet sich eine Umrandung mit kleiner, verspielter Unterbrechung. Die klassische Uhr ist wasserdicht und besitzt ein ganggenaues ETA Quarzwerk.
