Das Swatch Musicall Special ADAM wird in einer schwarzen, sargartigen Verpackung geliefert, in der sie in einem roten Samttuch eingebettet liegt. Der morbide, gothic-artige Stil wird durch einen Blutstropfen auf dem Glas der Uhr noch verstärkt. Auf dem Kunststoffarmband ist ein Bienenwaben-Muster in Beige und sie hat ein gut lesbares Zifferblatt mit Stunden- und Minutenindexen. Verbaut ist in der wasserdichten Uhr ein ganggenaues Quarzwerk und die Weckfunktion ertönt mit einer von Peter Gabriel komponierten Melodie.
