Die seltene Swatch Gent BACKSLASH wurde 1988 in zwei verschiedenen Varianten produziert, einmal mit und einmal ohne Datum. Da die meisten Kunden zu der Variante mit Datum griffen ist heute die nur einmal produzierte Version ohne Datumsanzeige, seltener und gesuchter. Die Uhr hat ein klares, aufgeräumtes Zifferblatt und ein blaues Gehäuse. Das schwarze Kunststoffarmband ist gelocht. Angetrieben wird dieses Model von einem ganggenauen Quarzwerk mit Batterie.
