Die Swatch Irony Scuba BIG TIME hat ein leichtes Aluminiumgehäuse und ein flexibles Metallarmband. Sie stammt aus der ersten Swatchserie von Taucheruhren mit Metallgehäuse. Das helle Zifferblatt ist gut ablesbar und die Zeiger sind fluoreszierend, d.h. sie leuchten im Dunkeln. Zusätzlich hat die Uhr noch eine Drehlünette zum Einstellen der Tauchzeit. Die Uhr ist wasserdicht und wird von einem ganggenauen Quarzwerk mit Batterie angetrieben.
