Wie der Name schon sagt, ist auf der Swatch New Gent CAIPI der aus Brasilien stammende Cocktail zu sehen. Über die gesamte untere Hälfte erstreckt sich ein Longdrink-Glas mit Limetten und Eiswürfeln. Zusätzlich ist der Schriftzug "saúde" (übersetzt: Prost) auf dem weichen Silikonarmband gedruckt. Auf dem Zifferblatt krönt die farbenfrohe Limettenscheibe und über die obere Bandhälfte erstrecken sich noch die Strohhalme. Verbaut ist in der wasserdichten Uhr ein ganggenaues ETA Quarzuhrwerk mit Batterie.
