Die Swatch Irony Medium TRUE PASSION ist sehr selten, weil die Uhr nur in den beiden Swatch Exclusive Stores VENDOME (in Paris) und SPIGA (in Mailand) verkauft wurde. Von den Uhren der Exklusiv Serien wurden jeweils nur ein paar Hundert Stück produziert, dementsprechend gesucht sind diese Uhren. Die Uhr hat ein sehr bunt gestaltetes Textilarmband, sowie Zifferblatt in den Farben pink, lila und weiß. Das Gehäuse der Uhr ist transparent. Desweiteren ist der Uhr ein Tuch, in der Farbe des Armbandes, beigelegt. Die Uhr ist wasserdicht und besitzt ein ganggenaues ETA Quarzuhrwerk.
