Die Swatch DOSE DRESDEN ist ein Special, welches 2002 zur Eröffnung des Swatch Stores Dresden verkauft wurde. Es existieren nur insgesamt 100 Stück von diesem Special. In der Dose liegt eine Uhr der damals aktuellen Swatch Kollektion, welche ist leider nicht bekannt. So wird die Dose zur großen Überraschung. Als Geste der Verbundenheit zur Stadt Dresden wurden die Erlöse des Verkaufs gespendet, um die Schäden der verangegangen Flutkatastrophe zu beheben.
