Der Swatch Lady FASHION GARDEN ist sehr seltenen, weil die Uhr nur in den beiden Swatch Exclusive Stores VENDOME (in Paris) und SPIGA (in Mailand) verkauft wurde. Es ist eine Farbvariante der normalen Wheeling. Von den Uhren der Vendome und Spiga Serien wurden jeweils nur ein paar Hundert Stück produziert, dementsprechend gesucht sind diese Uhren. Die Uhr ist wasserdicht und besitzt ein ganggenaues Quarzwerk mit Batterie. Der beliebte Klassiker stammt aus dem Jahr 2004.
