Die Swatch Irony Lady Lady GET ME Stahlband ist sehr selten, weil die Uhr nur im Swatch Exclusive Store VENDOME (in Paris) verkauft wurde. Von den Uhren der Exklusiv Serien wurden jeweils nur ein paar Hundert Stück produziert, dementsprechend gesucht sind diese Uhren. Das Gehäuse und das Armband der Uhr sind goldfarben und aus Edelstahl. Die Uhr aus dem Jahr 2004 ist wasserdicht und besitzt ein ganggenaues Quarzwerk.
