Die Swatch IN THE NET besitzt ein Verbundgehäuse (= Diaphane) aus Kunstoff (Außen) und Aluminium (Innen). Der äußere Kunststoff ist extrem robust und widerstandsfähig, damit die Uhr auch nach vielen Jahren noch immer perfekt aussieht. Innen ist das Uhrwerk in ein Aluminiumgehäuse eingearbeitet. So verbindet diese Uhrenserie perfekt die Kunststoff Anfänge von Swatch mit der erfolgreichen Metal (= Irony) Serie. Die Uhr besitzt ein mechanisches ETA Automatikuhrwerk. Uhr und Armband sind trotz der Größe sehr leicht und damit angenehm zu tragen.
