Die Variante der Swatch Irony Medium LA PIAZZA zeichnet sich durch das von Vivienne Westwood kreierte Lederband mit gestreifter Textiloberfläche aus. Wie das Zifferblatt so ist auch das Armband in Weiß-Blau gehalten. Aus leichtem Aluminium ist das Gehäuse und die Dornschließe gefertigt. Ein Hingucker ist die kleine Brosche auf dem Armband, die einen Reichsapfel darstellt. Zudem hat die Damenuhr ein ganggenaues Quarzuhrwerk mit Batterie und sie ist wasserdicht.
