Die Swatch Gent MONTREUX JAZZ 2003 ist dem Jazz Festival 2003 in Montreux gewidmet und zeichnet sich durch das Logo des Festivals aus. Diese ist auf dem silbernen Zifferblatt sowie auf der Oberseite des transparenten Kunststoffbandes zu sehen. Die Rückseite des Bandes ist mit einer Folie beschichtet, die mit einem weiß-blauen Verlauf bedruckt ist. Das Gehäuse dieser ausgefallenen Gent ist blau-transparent, genauso wie die stabile Kunststoffschließe. Sie ist wasserdicht und besitzt ein ganggenaues Quarzuhrwerk mit Batterie.
