Die seltene Swatch Skin POETIC FLOWERS stammt aus der flachsten Uhren Serie der Welt, sie erschien in der Frühlings-/Sommerkollektion 2003. An dem flieder-transparentem Kunststoffgehäuse ist ein elegantes Lederband montiert. Darauf ist eine weiße Leinenoberfläche, die mit pinkfarbenen Blüten bestickt ist. Auf dem creme farbigen Zifferblatt sind kleine Sterne statt der Zahlen abgebildet und flieder farbige Zeiger weisen darauf. Die blumige Uhr besitzt ein ganggenaues Quarzwerk mit Batterie.
