Die Swatch Irony Medium TRUE PASSION ist sehr selten, weil die Uhr nur in den beiden Swatch Exclusive Stores VENDOME (in Paris) und SPIGA (in Mailand) verkauft wurde. Von den Uhren der Exklusiv Serien wurden jeweils nur ein paar Hundert Stück produziert, dementsprechend gesucht sind diese Uhren. Diese Irony Lady Lady hat ein silbernes Metallgehäuse durch dessen Enden ein beigelegtes rosa Lederbändchen gezogen wird. Mit diesem Bändchen wird die Uhr am Arm befestigt. Die Uhr ist wasserdicht und besitzt ein ganggenaues ETA Quarzuhrwerk.
