Die mittlerweile sehr seltene Swatch Gent Flex STARRY SKY zeichnet sich durch ihr auffälliges Design aus. Das blaue Zifferblatt ist mit Sternen und Ufos geschmückt und von einem orange transparenten Gehäuse umgeben. Das aufwendig verarbeitete flexible Metallband der Uhr besteht aus matt silbernen Elementen mit kleinen aufgesetzten Punkten. Das Band kann individuell gekürzt werden. Die Uhr ist wasserdicht und besitzt ein ganggenaues Quarzwerk mit Batterie.
