Die Swatch Skin Velvet Dreams Red ist sehr selten, weil die Uhr nur im Swatch Exclusive Store VENDOME (in Paris) und Spiga (In Mailand) verkauft wurde. Von den Uhren der Exklusiv Serien wurden jeweils nur ein paar Hundert Stück produziert, dementsprechend gesucht sind diese Uhren. Die Uhr aus dem Jahr 2003 ist wasserdicht und besitzt ein ganggenaues Quarzwerk.
