This hybrid architecture was previously seen in Citizen Not yet – the Wave Tracker marks the start of a new generation of water sports instruments that goes far beyond what previous models offered. For over 40 years, Promaster watches have stood for professional outdoor performance, but the Wave Tracker JV3000-13E extends this heritage with features specifically designed for modern regatta and water sports. The newly designed in-house caliber U812 forms the heart of this innovation: It enables the regatta countdown, automatic switching to race mode, tide display, Mondphase as well as sunrise and sunset times for 203 destinations worldwide – all clearly and with high contrast displayed on the MIP display.
Visually, this watch, water-resistant to 20 bar, is as bold as it is technically sophisticated: the vibrant orange of the rubber strap, the striking bezel with its degree scale, and the deeply textured dial convey energy, dynamism, and precision. Its rotating bezel acts as a slide rule for determining angles and courses, assisting skippers in making tactical decisions. In Tide Graph mode, the watch provides hourly water level forecasts and indicates changes in the direction of the tides – a true navigational tool for anyone who feels at home on the water.
