The Belisar Moon Phase Chronograph D014.425.11.042.00 by Union Glashütte captivates with its intricate dial in a honeycomb grill design. The blue dial is openworked and features a honeycomb structure, allowing a view of the automatic movement. The moon phase display is one of the most traditional complications in watchmaking and continues to fascinate. With this chronograph, Union Glashütte fittingly showcases the traditional moon phase display with a modern dial design. The discreetly positioned corrector at 10 o'clock allows for convenient and separate adjustment of the day of the week. The date is indicated by a central hand on the outer edge of the dial. The day and month displays are integrated into the 30-minute counter at the 12 o'clock position. The moon phase display is elegantly positioned within the 12-hour sub-dial at 6 o'clock. The small seconds, in turn, share the sub-dial with a 24-hour display at 9 o'clock. The robust stainless steel case is complemented by a sporty stainless steel bracelet with a safety folding clasp. The sapphire crystal of the screw-down case back offers a view of the UNG-25.S1 automatic movement with its silicon balance spring and a power reserve of 65 hours. The watch, water-resistant up to 10 bar, is crowned by a domed and anti-reflective sapphire crystal on both sides.
