The sporty Citizen Chronograph CA4640-09A is inspired by motorsport and makes the hearts of motorsport enthusiasts beat faster. Its black, white, and red color combination demands attention. The white dial is combined with black sub-dials featuring a checkered flag pattern. The round sub-dials are framed by a TV-style bezel, a square cutout with rounded corners. The 3D bar indices and a large "12" as a numeral index, as well as the hour and minute hands, are coated with luminescence, allowing the time to be read even in the dark. The date window is located between the 4 and 5 o'clock positions. A Citizen Eco-Drive quartz movement, powered by a solar cell, operates within the solid stainless steel case. In addition to the chronograph functions, the watch has a low battery indicator, a running seconds hand, a 24-hour display, and a power reserve of up to 270 days when fully charged. A brushed stainless steel link bracelet with a push-button folding clasp ensures comfortable wear and a secure fit on your wrist. The screwed case back guarantees water resistance up to 10 bar.

I was especially pleased that the watch was from Citizen It was not delivered in the usual black box, but with the yellow diving cylinder.
