For the first time in their history, Swatch and the British fashion house Hackett are collaborating. They are celebrating this with a limited and numbered watch edition of exactly 1983 pieces, commemorating the founding year of both brands. Fittingly, the Swatch Irony Sistem 51 MUFFIN was created. It reflects the classic British style of the 80s. The silhouette of Jeremy Hackett's spaniel "Muffin" can be seen on the sun-brushed, moss-green dial. In contrast, the indices and hands are silver and luminescent, meaning they glow in the dark. A narrow ring on the bezel with minute markings is also in moss green. The date window at the 3 o'clock position is framed by a black bowler hat. The elegant leather strap is entirely in brown and features a brushed stainless steel pin buckle. In addition to the single leather loop, the strap has a dark green loop in the shape of an H. The Swatch SISTEM 51 series is an innovative masterpiece, as this mechanical watch is not assembled by hand but for the first time fully automatically. The movement consists of only 51 parts, and this peculiarity was also responsible for the naming. The watch winds itself through the movement of the wearer and has a power reserve of up to 90 hours. The automatic watch is packaged in a red box with a porthole, through which you can see the watch, and it is exclusively available at Hackett and selected Swatch stores.
