Like a journey through time…! The case of the Mido Multifort TV Big Date M049.526.37.291.00 is, as the name suggests, in the TV shape from years gone by. In this model, the stainless steel case is rose gold-coated and features a brown dial that darkens to black towards the edge. Luminous indices and hands make it easy to read in the dark. At the 12 o'clock position, there is a large, rectangular date window, and a small minute track is additionally printed on the edge. It is protected by a sapphire crystal with anti-reflective coating on both sides. The flanked crown is screwed down. Through the glass case back, you have a view of the movement. The retro case of this men's watch, water-resistant up to 10 bar, is complemented by a brown rubber strap. The impressive automatic caliber 80 movement is from the latest generation and features a high-tech Nivachron™ balance spring, which offers excellent resistance to shocks and magnetic fields.
Mido also offers this model as a partner watch. This is the smaller Multifort TV 35 M049.307.33.296.00 with a diameter of 35 mm.
