Like a journey through time... As the name suggests, the case of the Mido Multifort TV Big Date M049.526.17.081.00 is in the TV shape of yesteryear. The brushed dial features a gradient from dark grey to black. Luminous indices and hands make it easier to read in the dark. At the 12 o'clock position is a large, rectangular date window, and a small minute track is also printed on the edge. It is protected by an anti-reflective sapphire crystal on both sides, and the flanked crown is screw-down. The case back is equipped with a transparent case back, so you have a view of the movement. The retro case of this 10-bar water-resistant men's watch is made of stainless steel, and an orange rubber strap completes it. The impressive Caliber 80 automatic movement is from the latest generation with a high-tech Nivachron™ balance spring, which offers excellent resistance to shocks and magnetic fields.

I was especially pleased that the watch was from Citizen It was not delivered in the usual black box, but with the yellow diving cylinder.
