The Mido Commander Shade Blue M8429.3.25.11 is a reissue of the original Commander model from the 1940s. Its retro look is due to its monocoque case, automatic movement, elegant Milanese bracelet, and Hesalite glass. The case and bracelet are made of black coated stainless steel. The satin-finished dial features a two-tone gradient, exclusively reserved for the Shade watch line. There is a day and date display at the 3 o'clock position. In addition, the Mido logo, the Commander lettering, and "Automatic datoday" are visible on it. This model is equipped with the ETA 2836-2 automatic movement and is water-resistant up to 5 bar.

I was especially pleased that the watch was from Citizen It was not delivered in the usual black box, but with the yellow diving cylinder.
