The Swatch DIAPHANE ONE was released in autumn 2001 and is to date the most elaborate mechanical Swatch ever produced. Later, variants with gemstones and colored cases were created, but this watch is the original. A year earlier, rumors circulated that Swatch wanted to release an automatic watch with a tourbillon at a knockdown price. It didn't turn out to be a tourbillon, and the price of 3333.- Euros is certainly very high for a Swatch, but compared to similarly elaborate automatic watches, the price is rather low. The watch and presentation box are in perfect condition; unfortunately, the cardboard outer box was glued by the previous owner. In any case, this watch is a great rarity, as there are only 1999 pieces worldwide, almost all of which are firmly in collectors' hands. This case was the first to use a very successful new production process. The movement sits in an aluminum case, which is surrounded by a high-strength plastic. With this, Swatch wanted to show its own roots and at the same time venture a look into the future....
For safety, the movement has just been elaborately overhauled by the Swatch Group (on our behalf).

The two purchased 90s Swatch are in absolutely mint condition, with original protective film on the watch glass and an equally "untouched" original box.

I was especially pleased that the watch was from Citizen It was not delivered in the usual black box, but with the yellow diving cylinder.
I can watch Papst, who watches from Citizen, Union Glashütte, Mido, Swatch or Tissot I highly recommend his professional work and great service.
