In 1978, Tissot presented a quartz watch with a slender tonneau-shaped case; in 2022, the Tissot PRX T137.427.11.011.01, a modern interpretation of its predecessor, was created. PR stands for precise and robust, the X stands for the Roman numeral ten and thus for the pressure of 10 bar, up to which the watch is water-resistant. The case and the link bracelet with a butterfly deployant clasp are made of stainless steel. The most striking feature is the extended line from the case to the bracelet, whose links take up the entire width. Beneath the scratch-resistant, anti-reflective sapphire crystal is a white dial with silver indices and hands. The subdials of the chronograph function are dark blue. The tips of the hands are luminous, meaning they glow in the dark, and they have been placed very close together. There is a date window between the 4 and 5 o'clock positions. The men's watch is powered by the automatic movement caliber VALJOUX A05.H31 with a power reserve of 60 hours and comes with a special pin for quick date adjustment on the left side of the case.

I was especially pleased that the watch was from Citizen It was not delivered in the usual black box, but with the yellow diving cylinder.
