SWATCH X CAFÉ DE FLORE FOR NOT IN PARIS

The very rare Swatch New Gent Special Swatch X CAFÉ DE FLORE FOR NOT IN PARIS was created in collaboration with the lifestyle site Highsnobiety on the occasion of the fourth "Not in Paris" event and is a homage to the Parisian coffee house Café de Flore. Opened in 1887, it is one of the oldest coffee houses in Paris. Numerous intellectuals and artists have already been guests here (e.g. Charles Maurras, Jean-Paul Satre, Alberto Giacometti, Karl Lagerfeld and many more), and in November the literary prize "Prix de Flore" will be awarded in the café. It owes its name to a sculpture of the goddess Flora that stood across the street. On the mirrored dial you can see a small table from the café with place settings. The plastic case and the silicone strap are designed in dark green to match the café's lettering. Logo details of the café and the event are printed on the band in beige and a detail of the menu on the back. The waterproof watch is packaged in a shiny cardboard box and the accurate quartz movement is powered by a battery.

I was especially pleased that the watch was from Citizen It was not delivered in the usual black box, but with the yellow diving cylinder.
