"Innovators by tradition"... that's Tissot's philosophy and the embodiment of the new T-Touch Connect Solar series. The design of the T121.420.44.051.00 multifunction watch features a matte case with a black ceramic bezel and an elegant link bracelet made of lightweight titanium. The watch is operated via the tactile, scratch-resistant sapphire crystal, as well as the electronic crown and the two pushers. It connects to a smartphone via Bluetooth (the Tissot T-Touch Connect Solar app is available in the App Store and Google Play). This connectivity allows incoming calls and all desired notifications to be displayed on the energy-saving Memory-In-Pixel display, which is located in the lower part of the black dial. This extension is deliberately designed to be hybrid, so that a large part of the functionality is ensured even without a smartphone. These include: activity tracker (pedometer, distance covered, calorie consumption), compass, barometer, temperature display, altimeter, second time zone, perpetual calendar as well as various stop and alarm functions. In connected mode, depending on usage behavior and solar radiation, it achieves a power reserve of at least 6 months. Thanks to state-of-the-art solar cells integrated into the dial, the watch, which is water-resistant up to 10 bar, is recharged. The "Sw-ALPS" operating system was specially developed in Switzerland for this purpose. Compatibility with iOS, Android and, from the end of December 2020, also with Huawei's Harmony OS. A total of 35 patents were filed during the conception of this watch.

The two purchased 90s Swatch are in absolutely mint condition, with original protective film on the watch glass and an equally "untouched" original box.

I was especially pleased that the watch was from Citizen It was not delivered in the usual black box, but with the yellow diving cylinder.
