The first Swatch was launched in 1983 as a Gent model. Now, 40 years later, the question arises: what if a square watch case had been chosen instead of a round one? As an answer to this question, square biosourced Gent models are now available, inspired by authentic 1983 designs. Additionally, the battery cover has been printed with a similar '83 model. The width and height of 33 mm correspond exactly to the diameter of the Swatch Gent produced since 1983.
The WHAT IF … BEIGE? features a dark blue dial inspired by the design of the GT701, while the battery cover is printed with a small image of the GN700. The beige Bioceramic case and the plastic strap are sustainably made from bio-sourced material. The newly developed, square crystal extends from edge to edge and is therefore referred to as an edge-to-edge crystal. A date and day display can be found at the 3 o'clock position. The watch is powered by a precise quartz movement with a battery. It is delivered in its original, square cardboard cube box, matching the design of the watch.

I was especially pleased that the watch was from Citizen It was not delivered in the usual black box, but with the yellow diving cylinder.
I can watch Papst, who watches from Citizen, Union Glashütte, Mido, Swatch or Tissot I highly recommend his professional work and great service.
