Die Swatch Scuba 200 Access PALMER ist eine der ersten Access Uhren, die jemals produziert wurden. Passend dazu stammt der Entwurf des Designs von der Amerikanischen Snowboard Legende Shaun Palmer. Die Uhr besitzt ein schwarzes Klettarmband, zusätzlich kann bei diesem Modell ein Skipass aufgeladen werden. Die Uhr ist wasserdicht und hat ein ganggenaues Quarzwerk mit Batterie.
