Die seltene Swatch BLACK SPY ist ein Klassiker innerhalb der Irony Chrono Serie. Die Uhr ist sehr beliebt und mittlerweile kaum noch zu finden. Das Gehäuse ist aus Edelstahl und das Armband aus Leder (Aufgrund des Alters besitzt das Band leichte Druckstellen von der Umverpackung). Die Uhr stammt aus dem Jahr 2004. Das ganggenaue Quarzwerk mit Stopfunktion und Datumsanzeige wird von einer Batterie angetrieben.
