Die seltene Swatch Lady DON'T LEAF ME zeichnet sich durch ihr florales Design in Grün aus. Sie hat ein silbernes Zifferblatt mit farblich Akzenten in grüngelb und pink. Das Werk sitzt in einem transparenten Gehäuse an dem sich ein Textilarmband mit Lederrücken befindet. Bestickt ist es mit grünen Blätter umgeben von einer pinkfarbenen Kontur. Die Uhr ist wasserdicht und besitzt ein ganggenaues Quarzwerk mit Batterie. Sie ist aus dem Jahr 2003.
