Die Swatch Gent SHOUT OUT wurde von dem amerikanischen Künstler MAD, bürgerlich Jeremy Madl, aus Kansas City kreiert. Seine Werke sind faszinierend und provokativ. Für sein Design der Swatch Gent symbolisiert er einen emotionalen Ausdruck: den Schrei. Auf dem Zifferblatt ist ein weit geöffneter Mund der aus tiefster Seele lautlos schreit. Das Kautschukarmband ist pink und mit verschiedenen Comic-Zeichnungen in Weiß verziert. Verbaut ist bei der wasserdichten Uhr ein ganggenaues ETA Quarzuhrwerk.
