Das Swatch Gent Special MILLE PATTES wurde 1984 von dem berühmten Pop-Art Künstler Keith Haring gestylt. Es war nach dem Start von Swatch in Amerika und der Breakdance Weltmeisterschaft, die zweite Zusammenarbeit mit dem Designer. Das Zifferblatt wurde im typischen Künstler Style gestaltet. Es ist eines der allerersten Swatch Specials überhaupt, was man an der niedrigen Referenznummer sieht. Die Uhr ist extrem selten und fast nicht mehr zu finden.
