Die Wellen rufen und die Swatch Gent SURFER BABE folgt dem Ruf. Ton-in-Ton ist die rote Uhr, mit rosa Farbakzenten, gestaltet. Auf dem dunkelroten Zifferblatt sind überdimensional große, weiße Zahlen und rosa farbige Zeiger. Das Kunststoffgehäuse und der Druck auf dem Kunststoffarmband sind Rot. Zusätzlich ist auf der oberen Bandhälfte stilisierte Wellenformen in Bordeaux. Das Surfer-Girl ist auf der anderen Bandhälfte abgebildet, in Rosa mit dunkelrotem Bord und Neopren-Hose. Der beliebte Klassiker stammt aus dem Jahr 2004. In der wasserdichten Uhr tickt ein ganggenaues Quarzwerk mit Batterie.
