Das Design der farbenfrohen, kleinen Swatch Lady CARAMELLISSIMA erinnert an die beliebten Bonbon-Ketten. Dabei sind auf dem zweireihigen Gummiband bunte Plastikperlen aufgereiht, die in der Form den Bonbons ähneln und durch das extralange Band muss dieses zweimal um das Gandgelenk gewickelt werden. Ebenfalls in der Form der Süßigkeiten sind die weißen Indexe auf dem günen Zifferblatt. Ein echtes Highlight am Arm ist das pink farbige Gehäuse, sie ist lieferbar in zwei verschiedenen Armbandlängen. Verbaut ist in der wasserdichten Uhr ein gangenaues Quarzwerk mit Batterie.
