Eleganter Material- und Farbenmix zeichnet die Swatch Irony Diaphane Chrono DESERT SANDS aus. Sie hat ein Verbundgehäuse, welches Innen aus Aluminium besteht (darin sitzt das Uhrwerk) und Außen einem extrem stabilen Kunststoff, der nicht vergilbt. Zur Ausstattung des ganggenauen Quarzwerkes gehören Datumsanzeige und Stoppfunktion, inkl. der Messung von 1/10 sec. und Zwischenzeiten. Ganz in Gold getaucht sind die Kronen, das Zifferblatt und das Gliederarmband, das individuell gekürzt werden kann.
