Der seltene Swatch Chrono GOLDFINGER stammt aus der ersten Chrono Serie von Swatch, die in der 90er Jahren verkauft wurde. Als dieses Model veröffentlicht wurde, gab es lange Wartelisten um einen der begehrten Chronos zu erhalten. Die Preise, die gezahlt wurde vervierfachten sich und noch heute ist diese Uhr einer der bekanntesten Swatch Chronographen überhaupt. Die Uhr hat eine Stopfunktion, ist wasserdicht und hat ein ganggenaues Quarzwerk mit Batterie.
