Die klassische Citizen Taucheruhr NY0040-09EE ist wasserdicht bis zu einem Druck von 20 Bar, d.h. bis ca. 200 Meter Wassertiefe. Aus gebürsteten Edelstahl ist das robuste Gehäuse gefertigt, dessen Boden und die Krone sind verschraubt. Die Lünette der Uhr ist drehbar und mit einer schwarz hinterlegten Scala bedruckt. Ebenfalls in Schwarz gehalten ist das Silikonarmband und es hat eine Dornschließe aus Stahl. Eine weitere Besonderheit sind die lumineszierenden Zeiger und Indexe, sowie das Kristallglas. Bei dieser Citizen handelt es sich um eine Automatikuhr mit Tages- und Datumsanzeige auf der 3 Uhr Position.
