Eine Innovation aus dem Hause Swatch ist die Vereinigung von Skin und Irony. Die Swatch Skin Irony SKINCOUNTER hat ein flaches Gehäuse, das wie die Irony Serie aus Metall gefertigt ist. Auf dem schwarzen Zifferblatt sind roségoldene Zahlen, Zeiger und filigrane Balkenindexe. Das polierte Gehäuse ist aus Edelstahl, an dem ein elegantes, dunkelblaues Lederband motiert ist. Ebenfalls aus Edelstahl ist die glänzende Dornschließe. Verbaut ist in der 5,8 mm flachen, wasserdichten Uhr ein ganggenaues Quarzwerk mit Batterie.
