Die sehr seltene Swatch Gent TAKE MY HEART zeichnet sich durch ihr verspieltes Design aus. Auf dem milchigen Kunststoffarmband sind farbige Strichzeichnungen (z. B. Herzchen, Lippen) abgebildet und die Schriftzüge "Love + Happiness Forever" sind darauf gedruckt. Dieses Design führt sich auch auf dem Zifferblatt fort, auf dem die Zeiger wie in Pfeilform sind. Verbaut ist bei der wasserdichten Uhr ein ganggenaues Quarzwerk mit Batterie. Der gesuchte Klassiker stammt aus dem Jahr 2001 und ist bereits heute eine Swatch Rarität.
