Kühles, matt gebürstetes Edelstahl kombiniert mit klassischem Schwarz zeichnet den Swatch Irony New Chrono CARBONIUM DREAM STEEL aus. Das Zifferblatt ist elegant in Schwarz kreiert. Kontrastreich in Silbern sind die Zeiger mit lumineszierenden Enden, d. h. sie leuchten im Dunkeln nach, und die Balkenindexe kreiert. Auf der 4 Uhr Position ist ein rundes Datumsfenster. Massiv aus Edelstahl sind das Gehäuse und das Gliederarmband mit Sicherheitsfaltschließe gefertigt. Verbaut ist in der wasserdichten Uhr ein gangenaues, batteriebetriebenes Quarzuhrwerk mit einer Chronographenfunktion.
